Hello!

I’m a single mom of Bradley a.k.a. Mr Giggly Pants, Rocky The Old Velcro Dog, and Marla The Fluffball Bunny. They fill my world with love and laughter.

Mini is a physical description of me. Anna is my name. At certain angles, I might look like a 12 year old. But don’t let that fool you. I've been a photographer for 20 years, and I've had the honor to capture sweet moments of thousands of families in the Bay Area. I would be honored to be your photographer too!

I grew up in Indonesia and have had the amazing opportunity to visit 34 countries, lived in 4 of them, and learned 5 languages (tho I’m rusty on most of them). My family is half a world away so I absolutely love it when my clients become like an extended family.

I’m passionate about creating and capturing joy. I believe that photos have the power to give you happiness by reliving fond memories. My session is fun, relaxed, and stress-free. My goal is to be your personal family photographer documenting all your family’s growth and milestones! When my clients come to me year after year and tell me about how the photos I took from years ago bring joy to their days, it makes all the hard work worth it.

I'm also active in the community and have volunteered or fundraised for Rise Up! 94965, Family Dog Rescue, Marin Humane, Golden Gate Mother’s Group, and many others. My work has been published in magazines and billboards all over the world, including SF's very own GGMG (Golden Gate Mother’s Group) Magazine. I’m most proud of my work with NKLA and Jaguar Rescue Center in Costa Rica. If you’ve been to Puerto Viejo, you probably have seen my work on billboards. I absolutely love being around animals and babies. Their pure heart and loving nature warms my heart. Just like how I hope my photos will warm your hearts.

"We are so happy with our baby and family (including our 4 legged family) photos from Anna. Anna is very professional and arrived on time. She brought all of the props with her and was very flexible working with our less than ideal parking situation. She is really patient and has the magic touch with babies. I think we referred to her as the baby whisperer several time because our little girl did not want to close her eyes or stay still. Anna didn't mind and kept patiently working to get the shot even staying well beyond the original appointment time. Our little girl had several bathroom accidents during the naked photos and Anna was completely understanding and was totally prepared with extras. :) The best part about Anna is that she really captured the uniquely characteristic features of our family and our little girl. I can't say enough good things about her."

I met Anna when she was doing photo mini-sessions at a play space my son attended frequently. She photographed my first son when he was about 9 months old for a Christmas photo, and then we did another session around his first birthday. We are still in love with those photos. When my second son was born, we knew that we'd ask Anna to do his newborn photo session as well. I treasure all of these photos, which include our dogs and our home so beautifully. Anna is patient, kind, super professional, and has a distinct talent for capturing the essence of her subjects. We have another family photo session planned and I can't wait to see the photos!

I have been a photographer for 20 years and with that comes the knowledge and experience to handle all kinds of situations and capture your family moments in the best way possible. Every photographer has a different business model and overhead to stay in business. Being based and having a studio in Marin means paying the expensive rent and cost of having a business. Some photographers do it as a hobby/ side gig, while others, like me, work on this business full time as the only source of income for my family. Which also means I'm dedicated to giving you the best experience. I have created a wide variety of packages to accommodate most budget. I recommend my mini sessions if you're looking for a budget friendly photo session.
